Can anyone help, I am really stuggling with EE.
I logged a complaint on 23rd August 2018, the lady who is meant to be dealing with it never returns my calls or replies to my emails, I have never actually spoken to her. Everytime I call EE they tell me that only she can deal with it. I'm at my wits end as to where to go next?! I have requested a deadlock letter on 3 occassions to move this to an alternative dispute resolution scheme but again I've had no response!!

It's now nearly 8 weeks when you can take it to ADR w/out a deadlock letter.
