i've recently been transefed from Pay Monthly plan to Pay As You Go or so I thought.
That was what i've asked for but now myEE says "Your account has been closed. Se you lastest bill..." bla bla bla.
I've tried to call 150 and it says "Calls from this number has been barred" also cannot top it up online.
My question is, how am I supposed to top it up now?

Hi, the same happened to me.
I used to be on a monthly contract with EE, I then moved to plus net for a cheaper rate.
Now I'm travelling in Asia so moved back to EE on pay as you go but my account is closed so I can't top joy on the app etc.
Can you help?

It has been since yesterday that someone's trying to call me on my mobile no I gave to Katie. It seems that I need to explain you something. If I cannot receive any calls due to closure of an account, I won't be able to answer it. I do receive the text message from 150 tho. But EE person calls me from weird number. Thanks.
