Christmas gift delayed delivery

So got trackng info saying my switch was dispatched only yo wake up to message from DHL saying its delayed contact sender. Tried ringing g kondor but both there number arnt ringing its like there disconnected anyone else have this proble. Ee can't help Nd dhl cant help

I have had same thing today and emailed. Did your delivery ever turn up?

I placed an order for a switch on 20th Nov. I received the initial email saying that the order had been placed but up until now I have no update. Its a couple of weeks to Xmas. Any chance?
