Checkout problem

Hi have been trying to upgrade to iPhone 7+ 256gb on the 4GEE max plan 8gb plan. Using my employers 20% line rental perk. The perk code accepts and says it's been added. But when I get to the final checkout page after accepting the t&cs and click next, the payment screen comes up for a plot second and then says "Sorry, there has been a problem processing this request."


I have tried the purchase several times on different devices, with different phones and plans and still have the same issue. I called 150 but they said they couldn't help with online purchases and perk codes. I tried the online chat and they said to call 150. I am at a loss and extremely frustrated.

When you contacted the live chat team, did you select 'upgrade query'?


The upgrades chat team will be able to help you upgrade and add the perk discount.


I recommend logging into your My EE account on your phone's browser (not the app) or a computer. Once you're logged in, go to the upgrades section and a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.
