Change Plan at end of contract instead of upgrading?

My Apple Watch contract has ended and my iPhone X contract is due to end in three days. The upgrade page for my watch states:

 

Upgrading online is easy.

Choose one of the latest watches, or change your current plan and save money.

However when I click on continue, the only option is to select another new watch and there is nowhere within Plans in MyEE to change my plan? I simply want to downgrade my plan to the basic level now that I've paid off the cost of my devices.

Anyone know where I should be looking to do this?

@ashleyhancock   Give customer services a call to give 30 days notice on the watch plan and then when that ends you can then choose a new tariff from the watch app, it’ll be a 30 day rolling contract at £7 per month.  If you want to change the iPhone tariff you’ll need to upgrade to a sim only tariff.  A upgrade doesn’t mean more cost and it’s slightly misleading with the term upgrade as this can be a lower tariff cost.
