Cancelling contracts because I have moved abroad and wish to purchase my phone

I have moved abroad and would like to cancel my contracts for mobile phone and WiFi but I would like to purchase my phone and have it unlocked. How do I go about it?

Re: Cancelling contracts because I have moved abroad and wish to purchase my pho

You need to pay off the remainder of the contracts minus VAT then the devices will be yours to keep.

To unlock....
Please CLICK HERE to review the current unlocking process.

This guide will tell you everything regardless if you have bought it brand new from EE or second hand off sites like eBay or a friend.

Hi there @MariaNerdrum

Thanks for coming here.

If you give us a call on +44 (0) 7953 966 250 from abroad, we will be able to go through cancelling your contract and unlocking your device with you.

Have a great weekend.

Leanne 🙂
