Cancelling contract after upgrade ??

Hi I've just upgraded and agreed to a good as new deal - it's scratched so I'm returning it. Does anyone know if I end up cancelling contact will it be 14d given it's a new contract (upgrade) or the 30days ??

Assuming EE accept the phone back and its returned within 14 days, then yes your contract will revert back to your old plan,  and you can upgrade again.


It will likely take up to 14 days to revert.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Do I get a warranty?


Yes! You still get a 12 months manufacturer’s warranty.


You’re also entitled to our 14 day return policy in case you change your mind.
