You are not able to cancel any contract you signed up for in a retail store unfortunately as all retail store purchases don't come with any cooling off period sorry.

Thanks for posting on the community.
Is there a reason you would like to cancel the contract?
Was this an upgrade or new connection with us?
As @Profile closed has advised our stores don't have a returns policy if you have changed your mind on the SIM contract.
