Cancel my account

I already leave UK and my roommate will be leave in 20 August. Now I need to cancel my EE account and the wifi.

Welcome to the community,


You do have to give 30 days notice to cancel and should have done this before you left. You should have rung customer service to do this, and if you have not left yet, I suggest you do this, as you will have to pay your account up to date.
