Hello @morganhiggins20 downgrades to your plan are not normally allowed no I am sorry. Here is a link containing more information on changing your EE price plan:

If you would like to query it further please call customer service on 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other (lines open at 8am) who can discuss any options that may be available to you. No, you cannot downgrade, only upgrade until your contract term is up. You contracted for it.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
