I have come to the end of my 24monh contract and am now due an upgrade. However about 3-4 months ago due to financial cirmcumstances I ended up missing some
payments which led to a collection agency being involved. I paid the bill off straight away and have not missed a payment since (or before this) Will I still be able to upgrade? Sometimes my app says I am
eligible sometimes it says I am

I have done this and it says I am, however one the app it says they can not offer me an upgrade at the moment😕

@xchloe I recommend that you call customer services to see what they say.

Thanka for the advice.
I spoke to customer services today who advised me that once this happens, it can take 3-6 months of on time payments to push my account status back up. He did advise to call every month once payment has been paid to see when I can upgrade. It's coming up to my 3rd payment so hoping it won't be too much longer now 🙂
