@Gaynor3 If your phone has been cut off for none payment it will not be enabled again until you pay what you owe as that is why it was cut off. If you've agreed to pay by a set date and now can not make that payment you’ll need to call customer services about this as EE will be expecting you to make that payment. If you e not careful and do not call customer services about this you could find that EE will hand your account over to a debit collector and you will owe them instead for the whole remainder of the contract and any charges they might add.
