Re: Can I change my spend cap

Yes, if you are the a/c holder of a contract.

1 way is to text SPEND CAP to 150 .

How do I set up and manage Spend Cap?

Re: Can I change my spend cap

Morning @Shez83ali

Thanks for posting on the community.

I can see @XRaySpeX has provided all the information you need to change your spend cap if you are the account holder 🙂

Just to add, if you change your cap, it will take effect at the start of your next billing month.

If you wish to remove your cap, it will be removed straight away, and you’ll be charged for all of the out of bundle services that you use with immediate effect.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Leanne 🙂
