Help! I had a discount on my account so decided to choose an upgrade that was a little more than I wanted to pay. Thought it would’ve kept my discount code but it’s been removed so my bill is a stupid amount now. Does anyone know if you have a cooling off period with an upgrade where I can say “no I don’t want to upgrade to that phone/plan anymore”

You have 14 days from the say you received the handset, if you purchased online or over the phone to cancel your upgrade.
