CANCEL contract

Hello. When is the last payment of my contract please ?

i would like to stop the contract following this. Thanks

If you log in to your My EE and follow these steps you can see your contract start and end date:


Log in > Menu > Plans & add-ons > Plan


For example if your contract ends of the 24th October 2019 you can place your 30 days notice on the 24th September 2019.


Your last full payment will be the bill date prior to being disconnected, any out of allowance charges will be billed on your final bill which you will receive when your account is closed.
