Bills

I need an email address to contact EE. I am outside the UK and I have a contract with them witch should finished in Dec 2019 but I am still paying bills. I don't know my number because I never used it. And I got a phone number in my country and can't contact them because I haven't got a sim from UK.

Re: Bills

Unless you gave your 30 days notice then contracts dont just end. Only the minimum term does.

You need to call and give your 30 days notice.

Re: Bills

Hi. I did not because I didn't knew it will continue if I don't cancel. This is what I am trying to do but cant contact them from my sim witch is not an UK one and also because I never used the number just the phone I don't know my number and I don't have the sim details. But ones I can make it to speak to them I am sure they will ask me details to confirm my identity but witch number to call. I have tried all of them. Need help.

Re: Bills

You cant cancel via live chat anyway.

So you took a contract out just for the phone then if you didnt use the number.

Wouldnt it have been cheaper to buy phone direct out right.

Re: Bills

Hi @Dana88,

Have you tried calling via Skype as @XRaySpeX mentioned earlier?

Do you have any documentation or emails from EE with your phone number?

Thanks
