I've been having some issues with my debt for some time and looking into the best ways to sort it out, after a few discussions, I'm currently looking at and considering bankruptcy, however I'm unsure how it'll affect my contract with EE, I've just upgraded so don't want to lose my new phone straight away after getting it if my contract would be terminated, more than anything I would just need to know if declaring bankruptcy would void my contract

If you go bankrupt you cannot have any credit. It will be for the insolvency practitioner to decide if you keep the contract or it becomes part of your bankruptcy, but if you need it for work then they may do nothing.


If you go bankrupt you need to call EE CS on 150.
