After years of being a loyal customer, I've finally given up on EE.
Since the BT takeover, all our perks from the Orange & T-Mobile days are long gone and now so am I...
EE do nothing to reward their loyal customers spending their hard earned cash on their over inflated prices and poor customer service.
I've gone back to my previous provider, where I get a Priority app, great customer service and a better overall deal on a contract package!
I cannot wait to receive my new Galaxy S10 device on O2.
I would like to take this time to thank the EE community members, you've all been great! When this community first launched, I really did enjoy coming on here and answering your questions but now it's time for me to join a new community for my new and old provider.
Broadband changed over to TalkTalk... I can't wait to be free of BT! 😂
