Awaiting a credit check for a new phone and contract,??

Don't know what the outcome was, as my phone died in the middle of the check, was expecting a call from customer advisor?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

What kind of phone have you went for?

 

Did you receive any form of email confirmation with an XKN reference?  Have a look in your junk/spam folders.
