Annual Upgrade

My Annual Upgrade is in 10 days time. Will I be able to do it during this time or is no staff available for sending stock at this time?

You'll still be able to complete your upgrade, but please bear in mind that it may take longer than expected to arrive.

 

Have a look at our change to returns update for if you're returning a device.

I just wanted to ask how it looks when doing it through website? Right now I have to pay £100 and return my old phone, does courier who delivers new phone takes old one back?
