Annual Upgrade - damaged handset

Hi all

I am currently away on holiday and i have damaged my iPhone 7 plus.

Thankfully, I have annual upgrade and the upgrade date is 25th October.

I am aware that i need to pay £310 if i dont wish to trade the handsetback in which I am willing to pay.

My questions are as follows.  Can i upgrade before the 25th? So about 21 days early. Secondly, does I have to pay the £310 immediately or can it be added to my next bill?

Thanks in advance

Re: Annual Upgrade - damaged handset

@daveherron   If you wish to upgrade before your annual upgrade date you’ll be required to pay off the whole of the remaining of the contract.    And you will be required to pay the full amount for the device at the store.

Hello there @daveherron

Thanks for coming here.

With the annual upgrade you have to had at least 12 consecutive months and it is at least 12 months since your last upgrade.
