Additional line phone

Hello good morning

i have just taken out ( 4weeks ago ) a sim only deal on EE for 20 quid.

 

at what stage can I add another line or device.....wanted a Samsung galaxy watch but seems I am eligible for such.

What is it saying when you go to add to plan?

 

Good choice on watch by the way I have one myself.

Just says unable to offer a additional phone or device

 

just wondering do I need to wait a few months etc or something else going on

Are you on a 12 month or 30 day sim only?

Should let you unless you have to be on a phone contract because it states you must have 11 months left remaining

Have you just joined EE?

 

I would recommend calling 150 from your phone and speaking with our mobile care team

Hi,

 

It depends. When i log in it says add another line but when i click on it it says "Sorry you are not able to upgrade right now" But anyway, You might be eligible to add the other line but it depends on your initial credit check . You might have been approved for 1 line or 2 at the time of your first application, then after 3-6 months of paying your bill on time you could another. I was eligible for 2 lines straight away. The only way i could add the 2nd line was to call 150 or go on live chat to ask.

There is an option to add another line and it puts you straight through.
