Add new phone & contract to existing EE account

Hello,

 

I already have a phone with EE that I have an online account for. I have got a new phone with EE (whilst I still have my other one) that I would like to be able to log on online for using the same email address. When I log in it only shows one of the phones I have with EE. 

 

How can I add this new phone to the email account so I can view it online?

Thanks for coming to the community. 

 

Both lines will need to under one billing account. If you give us a call our mobile care team will be happy to merge both your numbers to one account as long as all your details match and security is passed. 

 

You can get in touch by calling 150 from your EE handset.

Hi 

 

My first phone is under my partners account for billing so I can’t see any billing information on my account. I need this new phone to be under my name and account so that I can access billing .

Is the new phone also under your partners name? if yes, this would require a change of ownership. 

 

If you wish to go ahead with this our mobile care team can complete this process for you.

No the new phone is in my name, my details, my bank, everything. So I need to be able to have access to log in to check the status of everything as this is purely my phone.

Have you registered for an account for this number?

 

Is the other phone My EE registered to your email?

It doesn’t let me because my other phone is registered to my email address 😂

 

I don’t want to make a new email address just for the phone so was hoping they could go under the same email, especially since the other phone contact runs out next month.

Hi @amylouisem,

 

To view both accounts in My EE, you'll need to get in touch with Customer Care to move your first number onto your new account.

 

This will also allow you to gift data between the two numbers.
