I'm assuming you have been on pay as you go?
Perhaps you haven't topped up for a while and your account has got closed.
If that is the case, I would advise giving EE a call on 150 and ask them to delete your old account. This should then allow you to make a new account and from there, purchase your sim only plan 🙂
