Account suspension

Absolutely ridiculous my account has been suspended when my bill is not due until the 10th (today being the 3rd). My phone only has use on wifi (at home). Amongst other correspondence I could not reach my mum this afternoon which resulted in my young sister waiting in the dark outside after her guitar lesson alone for 45 minutes until someone else could be arranged to collect her as I was unaware of this issue. My bill only became available on the 2nd. Highly disappointed that EE have made this error and I am not taking it lightly
