My account has been closed cause I did not pay my bill before the 10th of this month. I thought I set up a direct debit but when I checked on the 14th it was too late... my account has already been closed. Now I don't know how to pay my bill. Another thing is that I am abroad at the moment and will be back in England only by the end of September.
