hi james, i have try call 0800 079 8586 and 07953 966 250. the problem is automate system not recogniseing my number, guess EE dont recognise other provider number since i have left EE.
If you enter an incorrect number it should forward you on to a customer service agent.
Is this not happening?
no, call terminated after 3 try.
Do you know if any of your friends or family use EE, as you will be able to dial from their phones and give the agent the correct number?
