4GEE MAX PLAN January 2019 salecustm

So I got a 4GEE max plan in the January sale this year and am currently in Canada. I receive a text saying I get roaming for free etc but it doesn't work. I contact customer services and they say I'm not on a max plan, do I have any proof. I've deleted my emails and binned my paper work thinking I don't need it any more. I've been online to view my plan and it says it's unavailable to view. I have texts from EE refering to my max plan yet that is not enough. The only reason I joined EE was for the roaming in Canada and now I'm told I don't have it!!!

Can't you get into your MYEE to see what plan you have?

When I try to look at it on my account it says plan is unavailable. Go figure!

Plans on MyEE account means nothing.

 

Mine is still showing wrong and they dont seem to be able to fix it.

Actually I jumped the gun there. Simone told me it was all sorted when I'm actual fact they had done nothing, so no I'm not currently on the MAX plan. They've told me I have to pay more and reduce my data allowance if I want it.

It's unusual that you got that text message saying that you're on a Max plan, when you're not. Sorry for any inconvenience.

 

If you'd like to change to a Max plan, it may mean changing your allowances and monthly payments
