3rd Party Bar or Spend Cap

Hi

 

One of the phones on our family account has received the following message

"You are unable to use this service, you either have a 3rd party or have reached your spend cap".

Having checked with EE, apparently neither are set up on this phone or, indeed, any other device on the account.

Any thoughts about what this means and how to resolve it?

Does texting UNBAR to 150 help?

Do you have any spend cap showing in your My EEL

 

Log into your My EE account > Menu > Manage Device > Spend Caps
