I upgraded over the phone last night and was given a 20% monthly discount as had found a cheaper contract elsewhere but this isn’t showing on my confirmation email or on my plan on myEE, just the full rate which I don’t want to be paying.

@Laurah88 Your tariff will show the full amount but you need to look at plan and add ons to see what’s applied to your account.

Thanks for your reply, however there is nothing showing the discount under add on’s. I’ll give them a ring.
