1st payment by card not gone through

Hi

I have just set up my visa card to make my first payment too ee mobile.

But i now have seen that the payment has not gone through ,i tried again and still says payment has to be made.

All my card details are correct so i dont understand why the payment has not gone through.

 I also cannot edit my card detail until after 3 months.?

@dendec20  You’ll probably find your bank is stopping this as they might see it as a unusual payment as you’ve never done it before.   Call customer services just in case it’s not and it’s something else.

Ok will try once they have opened.

Hi phoned ee this morning

The lady deleted my card info and started again .

the card details i gave on the valid date was out by a digit, this was the problem.

payment now made, and direct debit set up by lady on phone.
