£16.80 new sim and getting charged £66.80 for first month?

Hey, I recently bought a new sim deal for £16.80 a month and checked my bill to see I am paying £66.80 for the first month, is this normal?

Quite often! Looks like you have been required to make a refundable £50 deposit against roaming. This is covered under Credit checks and security deposits & should be mentioned in bill.

Good Morning @Bradleyrossb

Thanks for coming here for help with this.

What are the charges showing on your bill?

Does this show any deposits?

Thanks. Leanne.
