I have recently moved to EE from O2 with the offer of £100 amazon voucher.
I was waiting for the same but haven't arrived the same. So I have decided to call ee helpline. They gave me one email address and asked me to drop a mail to them. email address - firstname.lastname@example.org
I did so and I got the below response.
Your request (29220) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. We aim to respond within 3 working days.
Please note our working hours at 9am- 5pm Monday-Friday.

But haven't got any further response for more than a week I have chased them multiple times but haven't got a single response. Can anyone please let me know how to get the voucher?
Honestly, i have joined EE by breaking my existing O2 contract and paying £110 to them thinking I will get £100 back. But looks like its scam.

Hello @yatin2610 the new contact email address is email@example.com for voucher queries after 1st November 2016
The email address you have posted is for vouchers queries before 31st October 2016. 🙂
