I hope you can help me on the problem I have. Last week I bought an EE Sim and a top up online and got charged for the top up on my bank account. The sim arrived a few days ago, but my top up doesnt arrive. Ive been waiting for 3 days now and it is still not here. When I text 150 it tells me that they are unable to process my request and get in touch with me later. I do get signal in my area, even though its quite rural and other people dont have problms with EE over here. Would be great if you could help me out. Thanks in advance
