rollover fail error

Last month, I used 15£ pack, and 2GB left in the end of the month.

So I changed my pack from 15£ pack to 10£ this month.

I obviously thought that 2GB will rollover to my account. But that doesn't happen.

Do you know why that 2GB doesn't rollover to my pack?

@sdbin1007: Did you buy the £10 data pack within 7 days of the £15 data pack expiring?

I bought 10£ pack right after the end of 15£ pack.
