earned boosts

Will I lose the boosts earned over few years, by staying on £1 talk&text payg package, if I accept new £1 talk promotion,  being offered to me by text from EE?

Re: earned boosts

What is the advantage of this £1 Talk promotion over your normal £1 Talk & Text Pack?

If it's anything like the following EE pay as you go loyalty offers , I'd say you wouldn't as you would be moving from 1 7-day pack to another: 7 Day Promotional Packs - £1.50 Packs:

If you move between 7 day and 30 packs, you’ll lose any additional benefits or free boosts you may have accrued.

You aren't!

Re: earned boosts

Morning @kumaram

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you move between seven-day and 30-day packs, you’ll lose any additional benefits or free boosts you may have accrued.

You can find information on our Promotional pay as you go packs Help page.

Re: earned boosts

the promotional offer is also a 7 day package and it offers better base level - 100mins/200texts.

The concern being the data boosts I have built up will be lost, and be reset to 0.

Your reasoning sound logical, and support me taking up the offer.

It will be great if someone who has made this transition or someone from EE customer service can offer a definitive answer.

Re: earned boosts

That Talk Pack is listed in EE's PAYG Price List.

What are EE Free Boosts? only talks about 7-day packs in general & keeping to them them in order to retain your Free Boosts. It does not exclude any specific packs. It only goes by their duration or the 30-day £5 pack as an odd-ball.

Thanks! You're welcome :)! Glad I could be of assistance. I would take it.
