Top up - error

Hello,

 

I've just tried topping up my account but in the end it showed TOP UP - ERROR message however an ammount was charged from my account. I tried it once more and got the same issue. Hence in total I have 0.00 on my mobile acount and -30 GBP on my debit card. I used non-UK debit card if it matters.

You can't use non-UK cards to top-up online. It will have not taken any funds from your card but your card issue has taking it as a pending transaction as it has been presented to them. Give it up to 3 days for it to be nullified.
