Top up balance

Have a payg sim which I bought with a £5 everything pack, the £5 is still not been credited, so I topped up £5 so now able to use phone, but still showing my balance is£0

It says balance is £0, and tells me details of what I have left on my £5 everything pack then when I need to topupt again

When you bought the SIM did you pay £5 for it or was it free?

@Jujub EE sims come with a pack but the pack only normally activates once the customer makes the initial top up they dont usually come with free credit.
