Stopped pack with 150.
Got confirmation text that pack is stopped and will not be renewed.
Topped up £10 through ee.co.uk.
Credit £5.
EE charged for the pack I just cancelled anyway without warning.
It is obvious what they are tryin to do by forcing their packs on you and it does not reflect well but this is a step too far. I cancelled the pack. Feel cheated.
