Hi there, hoping you can help.
I have an old Orange Sim that I tried this morning, after a few years (!). It said it was inactive. Is there a way to reactivate the Sim, or get the number transferred to a new no EE pay as you go Sim?
I tried calling your customer support line, but as my numer is inactive it wouldn't let me through. There is no option to talk to customer support without first giving your phone number, which is extremely frustrating.
I am abroad, so I cannot go into a branch.
