Up until now I've had no problems..I've got a sim only monthly payment plan and I top up £15 a month which goes to zero and gives me 2.5Gb of data because of previous boosts and 600 minutes calls because of boosts.They have been reduced to standard for some reason and the worst is I've only topped up days ago and it's used up??? What the **bleep** is going on ee!

Have you bought a 7-day pack? That will cancel any boosts you've earned from 30-day packs. You only keep your boosts whilst you continue to buy same duration packs.
