Pre-Paid didn't add

I've bought a £10 top up with my sim when I've ordered it and the £10 hasn't been added.

The thing is, I was told to call 150 but I don't have credit and I generally don't want to top up again just to call the customer service. 

 

Any help would be great.

Can I ask where you purchased your EE SIM card?

 

Was the £10 pre loaded on the SIM, or did you buy a top up voucher with the SIM card?

Yes, I've restarted it 3 times already.

It supposes to be Pre-Loaded once I put it in my card, it said it will take 2-3 days for the credit to get into my account.
