PAYG for French traveler ?

Hi everyone.

I'm searching an adapted offer for a travel through Scotland.

So I found the EE PAYG offers and I think they can cover all my needs :

  • 10 days travel
  • Data and voice included
  • Proper coverage for my destination (Edinburgh, Skye Island, Northern Scotland, ..)
  • Compatible with my phone

But I have some questions :

  1. Are there other offers to fit my needs ?
  2. Can we activate and use a PAYG offer only one month (less in my case) ?
  3. How can I avoid the auto renewal ?
  4. Should I wait to be in Scotland to buy a pack or can I order it from France ?

Thanks in advance! Smiley Happy

Hello @Vorhilion welcome to the EE community. Smiley Happy

  1. PAYG packs are either 7days or 30days so you would need one 30day pack or two 7day packs.
  2. Yes once you have finished with it you can destroy/discard it and they automatically deactivate after 6months
  3. You need the right amount of credit for the auto renewal so if you do not top up again it cannot renew. To prevent a pack from activating and using any credit text the code STOP PACK to 150 before you top up.
  4. SIM cards ordered from EE direct can only be delivered to a UK address. You can buy one from a third party and activate it when you arrive in the UK and can connect it to the EE network or do both when you get here.
