Orange Extras not going through.

Orange Extras are not going through when trying to purchase them.

 

This is yet another service from Orange that is not working now almost none of the services on Orange are working correctly not one of them!

 

This is far beyond ridiculous now EE. I think OFCOM need to be made aware of just how bad you have let this situation slip.

 

This is now illegal. You are breaking terms and conditions. You are breaking the law by treating us in such a shoddy disgusting way!!

Orange Extras (add-ons) last worked on 27 May.

Since then, text messages sent to the number 6620 to purchase Extras/Add-ons are not being delivered.
