Not receiving all of my free boosts.

Hiya!

 

I apologise if I am in the wrong section, but this was the closest topic that matched my issue. 

 

I currently purchase a weekly £1 pack on PAYG. I have been for many years and so have accumulated many free boosts. (9x50mb, 2x25 texts and 1x10 mins).

 

Recently, I have only been receiving 450mb of data instead of 550mb. In the texts I get it states that I have 100mb boosted with 450mb of data. When I look in the app it only shows 6x50mb boosts on one screen, but at the bottom, it states 550mb in total (conflicting). Then on another screen, it shows that I have 5x50 and 1x15mb boosts with 3x50 pending boosts (my last boost was redeemed over a week ago so shouldn't be pending). All screenshots are attached.

 

I'm just really confused with all of this conflicting information and it would be a great help if someone could explain what's going on as I am worried I am not getting all of the data I have earned for being on this plan since early 2014. I am willing to into an EE store on Monday if I can't find a fix here. 🙂

What reply do you get if you text AL to 150?

When I text AL to 150 it just tells me the balance on my account (PAYG), as well as the link for myEE for more info on my packs, boots etc, and to text help if I need any other services.
