I seem to have lost 965MB of unused data, which was supposed to rollover when I bought another EE pack.
On Saturday 23rd February 2019 I had around 965MB (more or less, according to my Balance in my Text Messages to 150) of unused data from my £10 EE pack, which expired on Sunday 24th February 2019 00:00. After the Pack had expired, I then proceeded to buy the same £10 EE pack, (note: I used a BOOST to get an extra 500MB, which increased my Data Allowance to 1.5GB), everything was normal, except none of my unused data from last pack rolled-over.
Could anyone help? Was this a glitch?

What exactly does texting AL to 150 report?
You should have had 465 MB roll over.

Thanks for responding.
When I text AL to 150, I get this;
"Your current balance as of today 02:08 is £0.00. You have 250 minutes, unlimited texts and 1.5GB remaining until 27/03/2019 for your £10 Everything Pack. Your last top up was £10.00 on 23/02/2019 at 23:36."
When I text ROLLOVER to 150, I get this;
"You haven't rolled over any data into your current pack. For more information on Data Rollover go to ee.co.uk/DataRollover"
It seems like my unused data just disappeared. Should I just call up EE customer service, if they can help.

Yes, call EE in the morning. You'll need 25p credit to make the call.
