International Credit Card

Hey,

I'm trying to top up my payg account via the website, but when I try to pay it only gives me an option to use a UK address as the billing address.

I've topped up a couple of times in the past, and that was never an issue. Charged my international credit card in both cases. Last time was 6 weeks ago.

Did something change lately or... I'm missing something?

How did you top up before as I believe this has always been the case.

You could go to convenience store and get a voucher or an ATM machine

I'm not in the UK at the moment.

I just went on the website and topped up using the exact same card.

Online top-up has always been by UK cards only & always required a UK billing address.

This isn’t true as I I used to top online with a Canadian credit card in May 2019 but currently having an issue January 2022.

Hi @Kennystewart80.

Welcome to the community.

You will need to use a UK card to complete a top-up.

Jon

@Kennystewart80  It has been a UK card only but try THIS as this is for topping up someone else’s number but obviously you put your number.

@Kennystewart80 : You might get away with a foreign bank card but giving a UK billing addy.
