@Mandyharrison23 Did you give 30 days notice to terminate the contract? Contracts change to a 30 day rolling tariff at the minimum term they don’t just end. If you require a PAC code you need to call customer services this will also terminate the contract.

Phone EE & request it. Then give it to your preferred provider.

If you are on PAYG there is no contract to terminate.
