I have £10.00 credit yet plan won't start

So I have topped up £10 but my data plan on payg will not start as I don't have credit. My account says I have topped up £10 and my bank can confirm this. As can the confirmation txt I got yesterday!!

What exactly does texting AL to 150 report?

Thanks for getting back. The now to 150 was unsuccessful having already tried this step. I have since called 150 and had my issue resolved and cost of call reimbursed. Thank you for your time 👍
