I have bought a new ee pay as u go sim card, topped up, registered ...all that. got confirmation texts saying it is all ok and I am ready to go, but when I left the house I realised i have no mobile data and that my phone number is not working at all. tried calling 150 to talk to customer service and resolve this- was told I have no money to talk to them although I have topped up a day before! Very frustrating and I am moments away from asking a refund and getting back wirth O2. Can someone help me resolve this?

Report gives me current balance being £0 . You have 500 minutes, unlimited texts and 10 GB remaining until 16/02/2019 for your £15 Data pack. And that my last top up was on 16/01/2019

Have you tried restarting the phone since it was registered?
You've got the correct allowances left.
